I live in San Francisco and whenever possible I use the streetcars on Market Street for my commute. It’s rarely crowded and always cool. In rush hour it’s as fast as MUNI (subway), and for the same price you get to sit on a cool old leather seat next to a window you can open if you want! Instead of elbowing your way into a subway car you can read the news and look at San Francisco randomness outside. What’s not to like!
